Simply type the words (or part of words) you are searching for.
Ex: "exec edu" will search for all research and teaching areas containing "exec" AND "edu".

If you want to execute several requests at a time just separate them by a comma.
Ex: "exec, edu" will search for all research and teaching areas containing "exec" OR "edu".

If you want to exclude a word just put a minus before it.
Ex: "exec -edu" will search for areas containing "exec" but NOT "edu".

You can do complex requests as : "exec edu -insead, manag -mark".
